David Dzisiak

Growing up on a family farm in Manitoba he has always been engaged in Canadian agriculture. In his 38 year career, Dave, was involved in development of the plant genetics and biotechnology strategy of Dow AgroSciences and Corteva where he led the creation of the healthy oils and grain traits portfolio for the company. With Botaneco today he is leading the commercial development strategy in bringing a novel portfolio of oilseed oleosomes and protein products to new markets. David was also involved from the start in designing the plant protein application for the Global Innovation Cluster program, leading to the creation of Protein Industries Canada.

He was a long standing director and past Board Chair of the Canola Council of Canada.
