Camila Jerger is Protein Industries Canada's Ecosystem Development Manager
Camila is Protein Industry Canada’s Ecosystem Development Manager, based out of Manitoba. Camila’s work at PIC involves the development and execution of ecosystem priorities for the Supercluster, managing projects, creating member value and building strategic partnerships. An important part of her work is to assure capacity-building projects are aligned with PIC’s strategy and that they deliver lasting results for the sector.
For the past 10 years, Camila has been working in the agribusiness and food processing sectors, in roles including Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Development, and Marketing, in companies like Cargill and Economic Development Winnipeg. During the course of her career, she had the opportunity to travel and work across Canada, US, Europe, and Brazil, connecting all parts of the ag value chain, from farm to consumer.
Camila also serves as a Board Member at the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Agri-Marketing Association (CAMA).
