David Donnan

David is a Partner Emeritus (retired) at Kearney, an international management-consulting firm, where he led its global food & beverage practice for 10 years. Currently, David is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University, teaching in the Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability program on the Future of Food and Agriculture. He is also on the board of Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research, a limited partner of Spiral Sun Ventures, and a member of the Institute of Food Technologists. As part of his advisory work, David is a mentor to food and agriculture entrepreneurs and startups at the Creative Disruption Lab (CDL- Rockies) in Calgary.
He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BASc Engineering) and holds an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto. David is a dual USA/Canadian citizen and lives in Chicago, Illinois and Canmore, Alberta.
