Conor Nedelec

As a Project Manager at Protein Industries Canada, Conor collaborates with his team to review and develop project and program proposals that support Canadian food producers. Conor also works with these projects throughout, providing technical input, project guidance, and assisting with reporting duties to ensure effective delivery of programs for Canada's agri-food industry

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutritional Science and a Master's of Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Manitoba. He is also a Registered Dietitian. He has previous experience in many areas of the food system, including laboratory work at the University of Manitoba and the Canadian Grain Commission, as a clinical dietitian in local food systems and restaurants.
