Sai Vanga
Director, Programs
Sai Vanga is Director of Programs at Protein Industries Canada, where he oversees the development, intake, and delivery of the technology project portfolio. His role spans core agri‑food and bioproducts initiatives as well as the assessment and oversight of Artificial Intelligence projects, ensuring technical rigor, strategic alignment and effective execution across funded programs.
Sai holds a Ph.D. from McGill University and combined with his work experience in the food industry, brings strong technical depth in protein chemistry, food processing, and emerging technologies that support Canada’s Agri-food ecosystem.
