Chantelle Donahue

Chantelle Donoahue has more than 25 years of experience in various leadership roles for multinational companies, bringing valuable international experience with various commodities, value chains, and specialty ingredients, more recently providing direction and strategy for products and services in North America, South America, Europe, and Australia.

Chantelle is currently the Global Lead of Value Chain and Trade at Nufarm, where she works globally to scale and optimize the grain and oil production and trade strategy across all Nufarm Seed Technology platforms, in particular Carinata and Omega-3 Canola. Prior to this role has various leadership roles over 20 years at Cargill.

Chantelle is a strong leader and collaborator within the industry as evidenced by her previous and current roles in numerous agri-food related boards and initiatives – with sustainability and public trust, and is committed to ensuring Canada is at the forefront of a thriving agri-food sector. Additionally, Chantelle is a member of several committees and boards, and she has been named one of the top 50 Canadians in Agriculture (2021) and was inducted into the Saskatchewan Agriculture Hall of Fame (2019).

Chantelle has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta, where she obtained a double major in Marketing and Agriculture Economics.

Along with her husband Greg, Chantelle operates a grain farm in Biggar, Saskatchewan. She is the proud mother of her daughters, Abby and Sally.
