Delphine Descamps

Delphine Descamps has spent over 10 years as an investor and fundraiser in Food & Agtech, working both sides of the table across Canada, the US and France. Most recently, she was Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Belle Spring Farms, a high-tech greenhouse platform in Canada growing strawberries at scale, where she led fundraising efforts in equity and debt. She previously led Food & Agtech venture investments as a Partner at BDC’s Thrive Fund and as Managing Director at Creadev USA (the Mulliez family’s investment firm), where she built the firm’s New York presence. Earlier in her 25-year career, she began as an M&A attorney at firms including Freshfields.

Delphine’s board experience is anchored in food, agriculture and impact investing. She currently serves on the boards of Desert Bloom, a nextgen vehicle investing to reshape the food system, alongside CREO Syndicate (helping family offices invest in climate) and CIVIC (promoting impact investing), and has previously served on the boards of Food & Ag companies including Gotham Greens, Everytable and Hungry Harvest. She holds an LL.M from Columbia Law School and a Master’s in Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
