CNETE: Scaling Up Industrial Bioprocesses training

Starting April 10th, 2026, CNETE will offer a new training program regarding the scale-up of industrial fermentation-based bioprocesses, in two components:
- Theory (online, four 4-hour sessions, April 10th to May 1st, 2026) – $1,500
- Practical training (at CNETE in Shawinigan, QC, over two and a half days – precise dates TBD, first two weeks of June 2026) – $3,750
$250 rebate for theory/practice combo – $5,000 total. Practical training will include hands-on experience with a 700-L bioreactor.
The training program is designed for individuals and organizations with some previous experience looking to develop, optimize, and produce through fermentation-based bioprocesses or scale up an existing process. Participate to benefit from the 60+ years of combined experience of experts Louis Tessier, PhD and Denis Groleau, PhD!
The program will be taught in English. Registration is open until April 3rd, 2026.
