Conor Nedelec

As a Program Specialist at Protein Industries Canada, Conor collaborates with his team to review and develop project and program proposals that support Canadian food producers.

Conor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutritional Science and a Master's of Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Manitoba. He is also a Registered Dietitian. He has previous experience in various areas of the food system, including laboratory work at the University of Manitoba and the Canadian Grain Commission, as a clinical dietitian, in local food distribution, and restaurants.
